Special Shipping Notes * Due to a very large increase in residential delivery fees, the price quoted for each fixture includes a residential delivery fee of $60.00. This is charged by the Trucking Company to deliver to a residential address. This fee applies to all products too large or too fragile to ship by UPS or Fed X ground as determined by the manufacturer. We apoligize for any inconvience this may cause but we are unable to continue absorbing these additional fees. We do however offer this option; if you have a commercial address that can receive your order, contact us before placing your order and we will remove the $60.00 fee. If you are ordering additional fixtures from this manufacturer that require shipping by truck, the fee will be removed from each item as well.
